As a consumer, you have the right to cancel a sales agreement concluded at the J23 Online Store within 30 days without giving any reason. In the case of a sales agreement involving the transfer of ownership of physical goods, the deadline for cancelling the sales agreement shall expire 30 days after the date on which you took possession of the goods or on which a third party nominated by you other than the carrier took possession of the goods. In the case of a sales agreement involving the transfer of ownership of a number of items that are shipped separately or an agreement obliging the transfer of ownership of items delivered in batches or in parts, the cancellation period shall begin from the date on which you took possession of the last item, the last batch or part or on which the third party nominated by you other than the carrier took possession of the last item, last batch or part. However, in the case of sales agreements involving services, the 30-day cancellation period shall start on the date of the conclusion of the agreement.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your cancellation decision in a clear declaration by e-mail to: email@example.com marked "Return"
In order to meet the deadline for cancelling an agreement, it is sufficient to send a declaration that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation prior to the expiration of the cancellation period.
In the event of cancellation of a sales agreement, we shall refund you all payments that we have received from you, including the cost of shipping the item, except for any additional costs arising from your choice of shipping method other than the cheapest ordinary shipping method offered by us.
We shall refund the payment immediately, and no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to exercise your right of cancellation. Your refund of payment shall be made using the same payment method that you used in your original transaction, unless you explicitly agree otherwise. You may inform us of this, for example, while exercising your right of cancellation or by contacting us by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org In no instance shall you incur any charges in connection with this refund.
We may withhold return of payment until we have received the item or until we receive a proof of return, depending on which event occurs first.
Please be sure to protect the goods properly against any damage that may be incurred while shipping. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the item. Please do not send 'pick-up' or reverse charge shipments.
You are only responsible for a reduction in the value of items that may arise from improper use.
If you wish, you may send back or return the item together with a declaration regarding the exercise of your right of cancellation. However, this is not a requirement.
If you are interested in a different size of a particular model and at the same time wish to ensure that it does not sell out before you have managed to return the original purchase, we suggest in such situations that you buy the item you are interested in as soon as you can and at the same time return the original item according to the standard procedure. We will do our best to refund your original purchase as soon as possible. This usually takes up to 14 working days.
